Numerical Simulation Study of Dust Transport of Comprehensive Mining Working Surface

چکیده

In order to study the wind flow field and dust transport law of comprehensive mining work surface, taking 21103 working surface Hulusu Coal Mine as research object, SolidWorks was used establish model, under different inlet speed conditions simulated analyzed by Fluent. The results show that due existence high-speed belt, is mainly distributed near downwind side surface; when 2.5m/s, mass concentration low it not easy cause secondary dust, which optimal speed; distribution within 10m shearer most, key area prevention control.
